- All orders will be shipped via USPS unless another option is selected. We may contact you to confirm in cases where we believe there is a better shipping method available.
- We cannot guarantee your package will not be drop-kicked or dunked by USPS employees. If you believe there is an issue that warrants a replacement, we request you contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
- We are not responsible for damage or neglect by the mail carriers or from being left outside. Please make arrangements with your local post office if you won’t be available at the time of delivery.
- We ship to the address specified on the order.
- Orders containing dry goods or anything non-perishable will ship Monday through Friday.
- Orders containing perishable items will ship Monday through Wednesday.
- Orders around holidays will ship AFTER the holiday if we believe the extra time in transit will be harmful to the bugs.
